Paul is a highly respected 6th Degree Black Belt Taekwon-Do martial artist, a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and is a seasoned business executive, international author and entrepreneur.

 

Paul's passion for peak performance and creating success started at an early age.  At just 16 years old Paul achieved his 1st Degree Black Belt in the martial art Taekwon-Do, leading him to competing and coaching at the elitel level in coming years on both the national and international stage.

 

He's also the Director and owner of one of the largest Il Shim Taekwon-Do schools in Australia, with dozens of award winning students.

 

Over the past two decades, as a General Management Finance executive, Paul headed up the Corporate Finance department for two of Australia's household names being the National Australia Bank and Australia Post. While overseeing Billions of dollars in Revenue and large teams he kept them focused and motivated with his success and performance techniques.

 

Today Paul is the General Manager Finance at Australia Post.

 

He is the international author of the book "Get Fit Fast - Revolutionary Fitness Guide for Time Poor People".

 

He is a member of many professional bodies and associations including the Society of Certified Practising Accountants, the International Taekwon-Do Federation, and ITF Taekwon-Do Australia of which he is the Vice President.

 

He lives in Melbourne, Australia with his wife, Michelle and their 5 children.

Michelle Harper, 3rd Degree

Michelle is an internationally experienced 3rd Degree Black Belt Taekwon-Do martial artist.

 

Michelle has competed in and won many medals at National Championship events in both Patterns and Power Breaking. She has also had the privilege of representing her country at the 2011 ITF World Championships that were held in Wellington, New Zealand.

 

She oversees the administration for Il Shim Melbourne, and is the Treasurer for ITF Taekwon-Do Australia.

 

She lives in Melbourne, Australia with her husband, Paul and their 5 children.
